El programa es un espacio de apertura a las propuestas de innovación de los colaboradores, identificando nuevas ideas en el quehacer diario y oportunidades de mejora en nuestros procesos. Las soluciones propuestas por nuestros colaboradores son evaluadas e implementadas cuando representan una solución eficiente y eficaz a un problema previamente identificado, y los colaboradores reciben un reconocimiento público y un incentivo económico, compartiéndose así con ellos el beneficio obtenido por su aporte.
Since its launch in 2015, this program has received a total of 146 suggestions. In 2022, 14 suggestions were submitted, of which 5 have been approved and relate to improvements in the areas of energy savings, process optimization and raw material recovery. At the end of 2022, the program has 78 approved suggestions, resulting in an economic benefit of approximately USD 860,000 in the evaluation of the first year of implementation alone, of which USD 23,000 were generated in 2022.
The Hazte una Pez program seeks to:
