At Austral, we supply the Peruvian market with Jack Mackerel (Trachurus murphyi and mackerel (Scomber japonicus) ensuring safety, quality and freshness.
These species have a high nutritional value and are very rich in Omega-3, fatty acids (EPA and DHA), vitamins, and minerals. We also have two fresh fish landing points located in our Coishco and Pisco plants. Our landing system with refrigerated and sanitized water ensures the safety, quality, and freshness of the fish.
Our flour and oil products have the Marine Trust certification which guarantees that they come from sustainable marine sources, in addition, they are produced with the highest standards to satisfy the needs of the most demanding customers and markets such as aquaculture, pet food and farm animals.
